Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, please send the following information to our designated agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL on our platform.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Multiple valid DMCA notices against a user may result in permanent account suspension.

In-App Reporting

You can also report copyright infringement directly through our platform by using the "Report" button on any model page and selecting "Copyright" as the reason. This will be reviewed by our moderation team.
