Thingiverse Import
This is dissection of a sphere into two identical pieces, which includes a hollow cavity when assembled. This is derived from the same basic OpenSCAD script as my previous Hemi-demi-sphere submission. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3068 Original creator: VeryWetPaint

I'm always losing the damn caps for my inner tube valves, and you can't get new caps without buying a new inner tube. This print keeps me from having to steal caps from my spare tires.Note: For those of you trying to make this work on Schrader valves, I just posted http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10700If you don't know whether you have Schrader or Presta, if you're in the US you probably have Schrader, and if you're in Europe you probably have Presta. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10570 Original creator: jsadusk

Thingiverse Import
I needed some drawer dividers for a jewelry box. Then I realized that I could also make trays that slide around on top of the organizer to make even more compartments. The STL probably won't be terribly useful to most since it is set up for my specific drawer but the scad file makes it easy to generate whatever you need. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10676 Original creator: jag

Thingiverse Import
Having sat on an Ukulele, I decided the best way to avoid pesky repairwork would be to hang the instruments up where I can't crush them. This does the job.I've included two versions of the object as STL. One has a thicker base in case your ukulele head ends up needing to go through a wall if you try to mount it on the thinner one. The thin version looks better, and for my instruments at least, I think would work even if I had mounted them on a wall instead of the top of a shelf as I did.Included is also the Blender file for these, which should be better suited for editing than the STLs. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8547 Original creator: rebuilder

Thingiverse Import
I have a rack on my bike, and a light from Planet Bike. The mounting hardware for the light allows it to mount on the seat post, but then it will be covered by anything on the rack. It can be mounted on one of the support struts for the rack, but then it is quite low, and often gets knocked out of alignment. The ideal place to mount is on the rack itself, which has a fitting for a mini license plate. This object is an adapter for the bike light, that bolts onto the license plate fitting, and still has a functioning quick release for the light. The OpenSCAD file is broken out into modules, so if you have a Planet Bike light set, you can re-use the mounting bracket and release lever and make your own custom light mountings! --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8947 Original creator: gpvillamil

Milk Carton. One version has "milk" text on the outside, the Milky4 version is blank so you can customize as you wish. Be clever and use a height map to put a friend's face on the side. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4515 Original creator: Zydac

Thingiverse Import
This is a Gimbal designed for a DIY SteadiCam that I made for a colleague at work (See http://www.yb2normal.com/DIYsteadicam.html).It makes use of two 624 bearings in addition to the required 608 bearing. It would also be possible to use four 624 bearings or to use no 624 bearings. I thought using two was a good compromise. If you decide to use no 624 bearings then the height of the middle ring can be reduced to 16mm (same as the outer ring) or even 12mm. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4391 Original creator: rhmorrison

You all know and love the additive method of 3d printing with the plastruder. And now you can try the subtractive method by using this dremel attachment that i have been thinking of making for a while now, and finally sat down yesterday and designed it.It uses the same holes as the plastruder for mounting, and even the same screwsIt is now printed, mounted and tested. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2071 Original creator: Webca

This device is a versatile dock for charging your iOS devices. iPads won't tip it over, and iPhones fit perfectly. Your 30-pin cable will be held in place by the channel in the bottom, an idea I brutally stole from Zaggo's iPhone dock. His thing is totally awesome, but it wouldn't fit my iPad as well, which is why I created this. The model was created in modo, and I've attached the original .lxo file. --- Imported from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9459 Original creator: Pointedstick
